We’ll explore why it’s so difficult for many of us to assert our needs and how to overcome the discomfort of saying no, while still respecting ourselves and others.

Managing Difficult Emotions & Processing Grief
In the afternoon, we’ll delve into how to manage difficult emotions, with a particular focus on grief. Whether you're grieving a loss or navigating other challenging emotions, this session will give you the tools to process your feelings in a healthy, constructive way. Learn how to create space for your emotions, and find ways to honor your grief without letting it overwhelm you.

Learn how to identify and process difficult emotions like sadness, frustration, and anxiety. Use journaling and mindfulness to connect with your inner experience.
