Quiet the Inner Critic: Uncover the root of your inner critic and understand how it holds you back, by learning to replace self-judgment with self-compassion so you can be kinder and more understanding toward yourself.
Journaling as a Tool for Childless Grief: Use journaling to acknowledge and process the grief that comes from childlessness, loss, or unmet dreams, which helps you move through difficult emotions with compassion and care, using guided journaling prompts.
Find Your Words to Be Seen & Heard: Explore the power of journaling as a tool for self-expression and clarity and learn to find the language to express your innermost thoughts and emotions, so that you can communicate effectively with others.
Setting Boundaries: Learn how to protect your energy and prioritise yourself, without guilt. We’ll guide you in defining and maintaining healthy boundaries with others, allowing you to regain control of your time and your life.
Saying "No" with Confidence: It’s not always easy to say no, but it’s essential for self-care. We’ll teach you how to assert yourself and decline requests in a way that’s respectful but firm.
Managing Difficult Emotions: Difficult emotions can be powerful, but are not always easy to process. This workshop will give you the tools to express those tricky emotions in healthy, productive ways and use them as a catalyst for personal growth.
Processing Sadness and Grief: Whether you’ve experienced loss, or just feel the weight of societal expectations around procreation, we’ll help you process and release sadness, so you can connect with your grief in a safe and supportive environment.
