Through a combination of guided exercises, journaling, and group support, you'll learn how to embrace vulnerability, quiet the inner critic, and express yourself with confidence.
Workshop Overview
Day 1: Tame Your Inner Critic & Cultivate Self-Compassion
On the first day, we’ll focus on understanding and silencing that nagging inner critic that often holds us back. Through reflection and practice, you'll learn to be kinder to yourself and develop tools to foster self-compassion.
Timings:
9:30am – Welcome & Check-in
10:00am – Say Hello to Your Inner Critic
Recognize and identify the voice of your inner critic. Learn strategies to challenge and quiet these limiting beliefs.
10:50am – Break
11:00am – Be Kind to Yourself
Discover techniques to cultivate self-compassion and self-kindness. Learn how to replace self-criticism with positive self-talk.
12:20pm – Check-out & Reflection
Day 2: Connect to Your Body & Your Words, Be Seen and Heard
On Day 2, we’ll focus on accessing your body’s wisdom and discovering the power of words to express your true self. Through journaling exercises, you'll deepen your connection to your body and learn how to find the words that allow you to show up authentically in the world.

Explore body-centered journaling exercises to reconnect to your feelings and thoughts.

How It Works:
This workshop takes place live online over two half-day sessions (Saturday & Sunday from 9:30am - 12:30pm UK time).
The sessions will be a mix of guided exercises, group sharing, and solo journaling.
You’ll be given time for reflection, and opportunities to share your experiences in a supportive, welcoming space.
Recordings of the sessions will be available for a limited time, so you can revisit the material at your own pace.
